Okay, i've been through your gallery, and rather than repeat the same thing on every picture, I'll simplify it. Work on anatomy. Pictures never look good without good anatomy, even if it has the best colouring in the world rather shaky anatomy can ruin the whole picture. I suggest you try visiting the local library or google 'anatomy' and find some references or tutorials. DON'T look for 'how to draw manga' or whatever books, they teach you nothing about anatomy.
Of course, you should also avoid books that are a bit too professional such as a book full of pictures of bones and muscles. What you need is whole body shots and general knowledge of where muscles are.
